Anytime we have an issue they address it right away. All of their Techs are knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I moved and called them to put in a unit at my new house. I would not hesitate to refer them to my family, friends and coworkers.

Had a ventilation duct that was never attached by previous HVAC company. Requested SHA&P to assess and remedy. They promptly came and within a short time corrected the issue. The tech was very professional & knowledgeable. We were very pleased w/ the work, so much so we signed up for SHA&P maintenance program.
