We had them out to add a tankless water heater. J was great! He helped us create an installation plan, kept the cost down and even found a family for our gently-used tank WH. After the all day installation, the new setup looked totally SIC with copper piping! A beautiful job and a sense of peace that our basement will never be flooded again.

Very happy with everyone and everything. Andrew did a great job setting up a appointment for me. I will only ask for Mark when I need a service call. Joe Hanly did a great job explaining everything about the new unit that they were going to install. Informing about the different ones available. The 2 Men that were installing the new unit were very respectful, on time and cleaned everything up. What a Great Company. Unit is working great, very happy. Will always recommend you to me Fiends. I can never say enough great things about Snellville! I have had multiple properties under service agreements with them for many years. They are always there when I need them. They have also completed several plumbing jobs for me: garbage disposal replacment, hot water heater replacements, and most recently a busted water line at the main water meter. Fred, one of the technicians I see most, does an amazing job.

I had a HVAC condenser pump line that was frozen in the attic from the severe cold weather last week

Wayne assessed the situation and came up with a long term solution to prevent this from happening in the future I appreciated the quality of the job he completed and did not rush through the work that was needed to resolve the issue
