Snellair take care of a number of properties I'm responsible for and they are super-responsive. I trust them with all HVAC and plumbing work and they have never let me down.
We have used Snellville Heating & Air for the past 4-5 years. They have changed both of our HVAC sytem and replaced our 20+ year old water heater with a tankless model.
I have nothing but good things to say. They have always come as scheduled, come when requested, given us options to chose from, priced before work was performed and generally given great service.
We had an issue with our gas trane heater in our crawlspace. I contacted Snellville Htg & Air. Ginger answered the call and was very professional, We scheduled an appointment and they were very quick to respond. Harry and Brian were the technicians and they were so accommodating and professional...very knowledgeable and I'll ask for them in the future. Additionally I ve decided to sign up for the semi-annual inspection program. Please check out this Company...absolutely awesome.
Snellville Heating and Air put me a new heat and air units 5 or 6 years ago. I have regular maintenance every six months. Their rates are awesome. The technicians are always knowledgeable and very polite

We have used Snellville H&A a number of times at two different locations. Each time the service has been excellent. I'm very much a DIY person but if it's a plumbing problem that I'm not comfortable, I call them and get great service. In our latest call Ian Price came out and replaced a Pressure Reduction Valve and house water shut off valve. I have been doing bathroom mods and the on and off of main water finally did in the PRV. Ian did a very clean professional job and talked with me a great deal on other projects I was working. I really appreciate this approach and will continue to use them for both ends of their business. Ethan has been another excellent technician that we specifically ask for when we need H& A service.
