Absolutely terrific company!!! I had AC parts go bad that were still under the manufacture's warranty and Snellville handled everything with them! I didn't even have to do a thing! Then they sent skilled tradesmen to install the new parts and the unit is running beautifully again! Thank you so much!!!! They have been our plumbers for years and always did quality work quickly- I am so glad they are my HVAC company now too! Thank you for always taking care of us! We so appreciate it!!!

I am always leary about companies that can always find and charge you for services you didn't know you needed. However, Snellville heating & air were on point. The call center kept me posted on the technician's ETA. Both Q (HVAC) and Randy (plumber) were professional and knowledgeable. They both gave pointers on what to do to limit my exposure and how to avoid their services in the future. Highly recommend and they will be my go to for all needs in the future!

Requested appt on the app on a Sunday. AC was out. They came out 1st thing Monday morning. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Ordered part and was back 1st thing the next day to install. Very quick service. Got us back up and running. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.
