Technicians showed up on time. Had a new furnace installed. Selected a 80% constant torque ECM motor plus media filter, rack and filter. The fan can barely be heard. The price was excellent. I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing.

Work was excellent, Jay knew what needed to be done and he did it. Not only did he fix some ongoing problem, he determined the cause and fixed that as well. He has had years of experience and it shows as he systematically tracked down the initial cause of the problem and corrected it.
I called Snellville Heating and Air on Monday, January 13 concerning an upstairs heating issue and requested a Friday morning appointment, January 17. I was called by the office around 9 am, Mark S arrived shortly after, solved the problem promptly with great professionalism and courtesy. Heat is working fine. Great Job.!!!!!!. Thank you Mark

We had the pleasure of having Ethan fix our AC. He was so polite and considerate. We have three younger children and he was patient and kind while they watched over his shoulder. Ethan made a bad situation not so horrible with his awesome personality!
HUGE shout out to Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing! After limping along with a failing unit for several summers, I replaced my unit today. Joe was prompt, professional, no upsell (multiple times he said "you don't need this/that"), and two amazing techs (Tony & James) onsite the very next day for the 10 hour job- felt so comfortable with them in my home and they were so sweet to the poms. For John to say the installers and company are "top notch" speaks volumes. Thank you Cindy Frazier for such an awesome referral! Please consider this company if you are in the market for a new unit/service.
Tim was the technician who came to look at my A/C system. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He then checked and ran diagnostics on the A/C system to verify that there were no additional issues. Tim was great to work with: professional and personable, and is a great representative for the Company. I called the office when I had questions on the warranty status for the replacement part, they were very responsive and covered the cost of the part under warranty. Nice job Tim and Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing!
