Ethan is an awesome technician. He has serviced 2 of my homes for several years and always did an awesome job! I strongly recommend him and Snellville Heating Air / Plumbing service. I have also used their plumbing service for a pipe burst and they went above / beyond to make the repair and were very reasonable. I give them a 5 star rating for all of their services as I have used their services for several years.

They are the best, bar none! We had a whole new system installed and they are always there for us. Ethan Helton came out and helped us get the furnace up and running today. He set up the condensate drain to flow properly. I can't say enough great things about this company.

The Technician arrived right on time. His name is Ethan, a very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable/helpful young man. He explained what work was being done and went about his business working on our 3 systems efficiently and tested each carefully before leaving. i would certainly like to have this particular technician back on future jobs. I have worked with this Company for very many years at 2 different homes, several new systems over the years and have had very little reason to complain at any time. Highly recommended !
