They are the best, bar none! We had a whole new system installed and they are always there for us. Ethan Helton came out and helped us get the furnace up and running today. He set up the condensate drain to flow properly. I can't say enough great things about this company.

The Technician arrived right on time. His name is Ethan, a very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable/helpful young man. He explained what work was being done and went about his business working on our 3 systems efficiently and tested each carefully before leaving. i would certainly like to have this particular technician back on future jobs. I have worked with this Company for very many years at 2 different homes, several new systems over the years and have had very little reason to complain at any time. Highly recommended !

My AC stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing early on Saturday . They came out and had my unit up and running by the afternoon! Tim is and Amazing service technician ! Super friendly and professional! We will t use another company ! GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU !
