I have used Snellville Heating & Air for several years for regular maintenance. They have always been reliable. Yesterday I had yearly maintenance done through the Comfort Club and Harry came out. He was absolutely phenomenal. Probably the most thorough HVAC tech I have ever had in any home I've owned. He took pictures of everything he checked (never had anyone do that before), checked all 4 units in-depth, gave me a full report, and was extremely courteous. He sent everything in an email for my records. And even though a couple of my units were low on coolant, he didn't try to oversell me. He made a recommendation that was thoughtful and I went with it. Thanks Harry!
