Mark, the technician, did a great job diagnosing the issue. While we had to wait a day for the part to come in, they were out the same day the part arrived. I've been a customer for many years. The last few years I haven't required their services. I am pleased to say, they are as good now as they were at my other home.

My HVAC was not working on a Friday. I called another company. What they said to me didn't make sense and he said I needed a new system. The technician said I should at least turn the AC off so the dangerous leak would not get in the house. I called snellville heating,air, and plumbing late on Friday evening. They said they could come out on Monday or I would have to pay a weekend rate. I chose Monday. The office called me at about 8:30 on Monday to say a technician would be out today. He called me about 11 and said he was on his way. The technician came out. Did a diagnostic on the HVAC system and said everything was working fine. There was no dangerous leak. He explained everything to my son in law who was here at the time. They turned on the AC and it has been running fine. I am grateful that they are prompt, respectful and knowledgeable.

We are so happy yet again with this company I am coming to post another review from my alternate account to reflect separate service received. After needing an AC replacement this past spring, NOW we need a water heater replacement. We chose to finance as a means to build credit for both the AC and water heater. Not only did this company respond quickly, they were able to come out immediately, like same day. Also they are working with us as we are having trouble accessing our previous financing account, our issue not their's. But they have truly gone above and beyond to work with us so we don't have to dip into our savings. Not to mention that when the outside unit wasn't working on a Saturday, they showed up within an hour, and when everything was working fine and checked out when they tested it, they refused payment for the emergency call out fee. This company knows customer service. I have never received such great, expedient service from a company in my 43 years on this planet. We highly recommend this very professional and reliable company. If you are wanting to establish your business with a company that actually has integrity, in a day and age where the word seems non-existent, Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing is a guaranteed win.

It was more than I would imagine that a company would go to great lengths to educate a consumer. I was grateful for that. Brian was great and won my confidence in the company. We recently had a house inspection done, which highlighted a few small potential safety issues. I called Snellville Heating and air, and they scheduled me right away. The Tech came out, corrected the small issues despite the heat in the attic. Great job done, very professional and efficient.
