Great customer service, very professional

Smart thermostat worked off and on - had black screen when not working which led us to believe the problem was withe the base unit. However it turned ou theptoblem was actually something to do with the HVAC drainage. The repairman knew immediately what the problem was and was able to fix it then and there. This unit is still under warranty so there was no charge for the call.


We had our entire HVAC system replaced with Snellville. Brian Martin and the crew that did the work were very professional and hard working and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!!!

I initially called Snellville Heating and Air because I had a question about HVAC systems. I'd already received a couple of really high quotes from two other companies. Jon the "Comfort Advisor" gave me a call back, and he answered my question. He came by my house, and we sat in my kitchen and had a conversation about HVAC. I was sold. He gave me a very fair quote on a two stage system with a great warranty. He was able to schedule my install for the following day. The crew that showed up were friendly, professional, and worked really hard in the blistering heat. Overall it was a great experience and my wife and I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you.

I called these guys at 10 or so they had a tech calling me within 2 hours and was on there to fix my plumbing problem. YES I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN

We went with the top of the line and first impressions are positive. We are being patient and allowing the thermostats and zone systems to learn our house. Looking forward to the system being efficient and lower energy costs.


I answered an ad in the mail ( rare) for an $89 special to do a Summer check on my a/c units.
I cannot say enough about the good old fashioned customer service. A helpful human answers the phone 24 hours a day. Ethan was FANTASTIC and is a young, polite, respectful and knowledgeable tech. I thought that I had gone back in time to the 1980's with this company. I am a nurse and it's all about. manners and building relationships with clients. Thank you.
