We recently had a leak in the slab of our home and to me I thought it would be a nightmare! We were fortunate to have a wonderful technician, Jesse, from Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing do our repairs. He was knowledgeable and efficient, even explained the repair to me, and as an added bonus he was extremely kind and polite! Also, as a woman, I appreciate it how thoroughly he cleaned up after himself lol! I want to thank David and Jesse for making this problem so much easier to deal with!

Ethan the service tech is always knowledgeable and friendly, yet professional also. He was doing an annual heater inspection. He always wears shoe covers. He shows up when he says he's going to. And they give friendly 30 minute notification before arrival.

They draw a clear line between what should be taken care of now, vs what can wait. Tech was ???? professional while on site!!!
