Absolutely terrific company!!! I had AC parts go bad that were still under the manufacture's warranty and Snellville handled everything with them! I didn't even have to do a thing! Then they sent skilled tradesmen to install the new parts and the unit is running beautifully again! Thank you so much!!!! I am always leary about companies that can always find and charge you for services you didn't know you needed. However, Snellville heating & air were on point. The call center kept me posted on the technician's ETA. Both Q (HVAC) and Randy (plumber) were professional and knowledgeable. They both gave pointers on what to do to limit my exposure and how to avoid their services in the future. Highly recommend and they will be my go to for all needs in the future!
