The most honest and sincere people I've ever been associated with or dealt with. I saw with my own eyes how on the very very rare occasion when a problem arose how these folks immediately jumped on the problem with both feet and promptly correct the problem. Even if it meant losing money to do it.
The HVAC systems they design are are perfect down to the last breath of air. Their duct system diagnostic tools are truly state of the art. If you are needing a new system or have a problem that needs correcting and you don't call these folks. Then you didn't get all the value you could have for your dollar.
Snellville HAP came out to service our AC units! Their tech Ethan was great! He explained the services he completed and had awesome customer service! Thank you Ethan for all of your hard work!

After my a/c system failed (original system on 23 year old home), I called around to about 8 different companies. Snellville Heating and Air was the most cost effective and had the most options. The sales person was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. I also had a separate meeting with Jack Peavy, their marketing rep and he helped clear up other questions and concerns I had. The installers showed up on time, were careful on not tracking dirt on our carpet. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. A week later, the supervisor came to inspect the installation and answer any questions. I am extremely happy and my Georgia Power bill was cut in half compare to the same month last year. I highly recommend Snellville Heating & Air.
