I've been a customer of Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing for many years. First of all, the phones are answered by a staff who are exceptional with their help. I knew my old system wasn't going to last much longer so I contacted 4 HVAC companies to give me a quote, Snellville included. Joe Hanly with Snellville spent time with me explaining his proposal and his offer came out way on top, my new system was installed April 2018 and I couldn't be happier. Six months later Ethan Helton, Service Technician, visited to inspect my system and make sure it was ready for winter. I can't say enough good about Ethan. He showed up on time, very personable, showed a lot of respect for my house and property, and smiled the entire time he was here. He explained everything he checked on the system and was ready to answer any questions I might have. If ever I need a technician or in 6 months for my next inspection, I will personally ask for Ethan. All this to explain why I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing. You won't find a better company to do business with.
Snellville Heating and Air once again saved the day. They were very quick to get a service tech out and they were able to handle my problem in the same day. Also saved me 50% on my repairs.

I've used Snellville Heating and Air to replace the Heat and A/C unit in 2 homes now. I love their customer service and their professional work. Product installs were quoted, options were explained in detail for me (which made choosing the correct unit for my needs and budget easy). Same day installation by courteous and knowledgeable engineers, and they completed the clean up after the jobs were done. I will continue to use Snellville Heating and Air for my service needs
Snellville Heating & Air has been providing service to my systems for years. They are always prompt, helpful, and courteous. Today, I received a call offering to advance my appointment, which greatly improved my schedule for the day! Tim did a great job in maintaining and evaluating my systems. I would highly recommend this group!
Our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced and we were having a hard time finding a reliable, honest, reasonably-priced company to come out and fix it. We saw the billboard on 316 for Snellville Heating and Air and decided to give it a go. Joe came by about thirty minutes after the initial phone call, and you could tell right away this was a man who knew what he was doing. He checked everything out and then, the first company to do so, sat down with us to go over everything in detail. He quoted us the best price we'd received and didn't once try to upsell us. He showed us all the certifications that their workers have which put our mind at ease. A week later (and only that long because we weren't home the other days) we had an entirely new HVAC system installed by two hardworking guys.
I will say the monthly financing price we got was not ideal for us. I'm not naive, but the whole reason we called in the first place was the monthly financing offer of $50 on the billboard. So that was a bit disappointing, but the overall cost was the lowest quote we'd received so we went with it. Plus, we have ten year warranty on the new system, and a year's servicing. Not to mention the security of knowing we have an honest company working this for us.
We really appreciated the service we received after almost two months of a broken HVAC system and companies trying to scam us. I recommend Snellville Heating and Air to anyone looking.
We had an old system that needed replacement...two estimates and Snellville was by far the most cost effective for us...Joe Hanley was our sales rep...awesome man, very professional and informative. The installation crew, James and Tony, were here at 9 and worked thru until 6:30 and cleaned up everything. We were so very impressed with this company from meeting Joe to finishing with the installation team...would get our recommendation a million times over .
