Ethan was great! He came in and knew exactly what the problem was in minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with his work and earned our confidence very quickly. He made a capacitor on site (didn't even know you could do that) and fixed our AC in no time. He's the type of technician you want at your door when you call a company for service. Grabbed some cards from him to hand out to friends and would recommend him to anyone! Thank you!

In one week Fred came for the semi annual maintenance on the HVAC and he checks everything, is informative about the system and provides feedback, great service!
Randy came out to check the vanity sink and quickly assessed the problem, slow drainage, in addition to addressing a leak. He had to purchase a new part to clear up the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job!

Technicians showed up on time. Had a new furnace installed. Selected a 80% constant torque ECM motor plus media filter, rack and filter. The fan can barely be heard. The price was excellent. I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing.

Work was excellent, Jay knew what needed to be done and he did it. Not only did he fix some ongoing problem, he determined the cause and fixed that as well. He has had years of experience and it shows as he systematically tracked down the initial cause of the problem and corrected it.
