2 different plumbers and a septic guy..no answers. SnellAir arrived today and within 15 mins...JAY told me exactly what the problem was and how to remedy the moisture issue. Thoroughly explained everything to me. I appreciate THAT and the AWESOME customer service he provided! i will DEFINITELY recommend to family, friends and co workers. thanks Jay!
Justin and his partner installed my new HVAC unit today. They worked continually until it was complete. The work area is spotless. We have been customers for 25 years and you have taken good care of us. What great ambassadors for the company.

Our upstairs unit finally bit the dust. When the first group came out to diagnose the problem, as well as to give us all of the options for replacement, they actually remembered installing the units 20 years ago! They were great at providing all relevant information as well as the costs of each option. The group that installed everything for us was very polite and friendly. They took the time to teach us how to use the new thermostat, as well as gave us additional information about the best way to set up the heat/air to be most cost efficient. They were absolutely wonderful and we will definitely use them again if needed!
These guys did an excellent job on my mother and fathers AC system. Answered all of our questions and were very reasonably priced. Everyone we dealt or spoke with were so helpful. They even sent out a temporary unit so my father who had recently suffered a stroke was able to sleep in comfort. I strongly recommend using them.
Jay Jacob is a stellar technition. He was super friendly and helpful. He is genuinely trying to help and give you the best deal. Will definitely use again!!! Receptionist was very kind and understanding too. A+ service!
