Very pleased with Tony, the technician ,and his helpers. They worked continuously until the a/c installation was complete. Tony reviewed the operation of the thermostat and answered all of my and my wife's questions.

They did an excellent job on installing a new AC for our main floor. Great price and no hassling. Was given several options. I was very satisfied with the installation and quality of work. Loving the new AC!

Air conditioning went down on one of the hottest days of the year…and even worse it was on Friday evening. 18 hours later the unit was repaired and the house was cool. Harry was our technician. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Five stars!

Great experience, super nice people. Had to order a part and it arrived 1 day later. That part was damaged so they had to get another one and ran from Loganville to Macon to get it and make sure my AC unit was repaired the very next morning. Super professional and just a wonderful experience. They will have my business as long as I'm in the area!

Wanted to share our experience with Joe Hanly. He is a true asset to your organization...friendly informative...and didn't try to sell us the most expensive product...so he worked with us on a product that would not only work best in our situation but also in a range we could afford.
He gave a history of your company he really seems like he likes his job, but also loves the company and the people he works with..if that is not classic I don't know what is. Felt relaxed as this is a big ordeal to have to do...looking forward to meeting some others on the team on Thursday!
