Called in advance of coming and then arrived on time. Was very friendly and considerate, very informative about everything he did. Corrected a few small thing to help the system with the noise it was making. Left with everything being neat and clean. Talked to me about some other possible things I could do in the future to help the system run more efficiently. Just wanted to say this survey ask about price the price is for two maintenance visits in a years time.
Excellent service from the technician at Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing! He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly. I would love to always have this same technician. Highly recommend this company!
Purchased a new Daikin heat pump for my second level. Steve was excellent to work with on the front end of the process. The install crew was professional and did nice job installing the unit. They came back for a checkup ~45 days after to make sure everything was working well. The first preventative maintenance cycle is included and they are even doing a complimentary PM on my main floor unit. I would recommend Snellvile Heating and Air to anyone who needs service or or a new unit.

I really like this. So they are avoid heating air and plumbing. I have used the heating and air and the plumbing, and they are wonderful people always own time. When they say there will be and they're always very thorough. They've been very good to me over the years helped me in so many ways. And I really appreciate them, and all there, guys and ladies

Technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He included me by explaining everything to me in a respectful and personal level. I never felt "ignorant " or "old". I feel I was treated with honesty and was valued. I never felt like I was "being taken advantage of." Highly recommend!
