My 24 year old HVAC died on a Tuesday night. I sent Snellville Heating and Air an email that night. I received a call by 8:30am the next morning and a representative was at my house by 10:00am. He showed me all my options with zero sales pressure. I choose to go with a new HVAC system and they arrived, the next day,Thursday morning, and completed the install that day. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. So far I have been extremely pleased with my experience using Snellville Heating and Air and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I felt the technician, Kyle was knowledgeable and honest. The quote for the install of the hot water tank was reasonable and beat the other two quotes by a good margin. The tank was installed the next day. Kyle and his workwith did an excellent job and as a former aircraft mechanic I could see integrity and quality in their work. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone who asks for a reference.
Snellville did a great job, again, had plumbing dervices in 2 different locations, highly recommended!

Awesome company and people! Experiencing a water leak is never fun but I called and Ian was dispatched to my home within the hour and inspected thoroughly. Provided a detail write up I needed. Everyone was sympathetic and helped me to understand the issue and my options. Thank you!
