The technician who serviced our two AC units was excellent. We would probably ask for Brian again the next time we need work done on our units.
Initially couldn't figure out why my system was not cooling my home. After 3 technicians the service manager Jeremy came out and finally found the problem. I love the dedication and patience of all those that helped!!

Great service. Called regarding a leak at my 86yo mom's house. They didnt have any appts available for 2 days, but when I explained my mom had lost power, they were at her house in a few hours. Great customer service!

I can't say enough about the great people at Snellville Heating and Air. During the heat we have been experiencing we had to have one new AC unit and a compressor replaced in our other AC, They worked digitally to get us back up and working as quickly as possible. Thanks to everyone especially Ethan, Tim, Tyler and Fred for making this happen.

I always get good and fair priced service with Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing for my HVAC system. They are reliable and honest. The twice a year service agreement is a good deal and it makes me feel at ease that everything is running as it should.
I've done everything from just a simple service checkup to replacing and upgrading an entire system at my previous home.
Anyone I've ever spoken to or dealt with in person or over the phone has been very polite and professional. Wayne worked with me this time and was very good, thorough and efficient.
