Spoke with Olivia who kept me updated about my appointment status and even called prior to technician arriving. Bruce came out (on time & professional) and had to change a regulator on/off switch, freon was good and the air filter was changed as well. Excellent customer service and "service" (pun intended, lol). :O)

Replaced our indoor and outdoor units and did a fantastic, thorough, job! Really pleased with their service and honesty. Had a couple quotes before they came out, from some high pressure sales reps from other well known providers in Atlanta but when the snellville rep came out, it was a world of difference. They didn't try to upsell and give us something we didn't need. They saved us a ton of money and were kind, courteous, and honest!

Very impressed. Prompt service. Jerry was efficient, courteous and very friendly. I originally got a pamphlet at the Chili Cook Off in Grayson. The young boy at the booth was so cute and excited about your business and gave me one of everything you had. Because of him, I kept the pamphlet and business card. I will refer your company to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

We have used Snellville Heat & Air for many years to service our units. So when we built our new home we did not even hesitate to use Snellville Heat & Air to install our systems. Their prices are competitive, workmanship is excellent and they are very reliable! They are great to work with! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with your company, especially with Joe Hanly who displayed a genuine interest in obtaining my business. Your installers (Jay & Nate (?) ) were very competent and professional. They took pride in their workmanship and were very helpful in explaining the key features of the new equipment which is running perfectly. I will recommend your company when the need arises.
