Tyler was very professional and polite. He worked well and showed me my dirty filters which he replaced after quoting price. He checked my systems and reported everything was good he asked if I had any concerns or questions. I was pleased with his service and positive attitude.

Tech Randy came out in a timely manner to inspect my water heater. He explained why I needed a new one. Randy was friendly, polite and well informed. He gave me an estimate and informed me they had a payment plan. He told me who I could call about the payment plan. I had two other plumbers coming out to give me an estimate the same day. I did not go with Snellville Heating and Air, because I went with another plumber who offered a lower price and could install on that day.
Called Snellville Heating and Air ,spoke with Ginger. Within a few hours ,the technician arrived at my house,determined what the problem was and came up with a plan of action. Great service so far.
