Snellville Heating is EXCELLENT!!! The repair person they sent out was truley pleasent and knowlegable. He took the time to go over everthing he discoverd about my gas leak. Additionally, he proved several suggestions to me that were truley insightful. If you have a gas leak Snellville Heating is the company you want to resolve your problem.

After disappointment of Mobley HVAC not registering our 7 year old unit with 30 days of its installation, our ten year warranty was cut into five so when our coil leaked, we were left footing the bill. But Snellville Heating and Air to the rescue. Despite the very few negative reviews where people clearly don't know what they are talking about or are down right negligent with their own home systems, we have a glowing review. This company is barnone. They walked me through every step of the diagnostic process. Allowed me to take photos to send to my husband who was at work. Walked me through all of our repair and replacement options, including financing. We opted for a new unit with maintenance for a year. Original service call placed, they came out in under 24hours. Within another 24 hours they were installing the new unit. Their financing was super easy and we got a GREAT interest rate. Tim is who originally came out and was wonderful. Autism and I can't remember his name as I type this were great too although I didn't spend as much time with them, but they worked with me on having to leave to drop my child at school during install by replacing the outside portion while I was gone. Bailey was wonderful on the phone too. This company came highly recommended to us by a neighbor after they installed several units for them and providing service for several homes for several years. They are professional, exceptional, and even after all of that, they are even affordable to boot. We look forward to continuing to use Snellville Heating and Air Force many years to come.

Steve did an amazing job walking me through my options and identifying what needed to be replaced and what was still in good shape. Scheduling was prompt once I approved the quote and Tony and his crew did an amazing job on the installation. I'm giving 5 stars because I would recommend to anyone, only thing to be aware of is financing options through their partner (Synchrony). Make sure you read the terms of the loan types on Synchrony's website, as the quote does not lay out full terms and conditions, ensuring the loan option is what you are looking for. Other than that, 10/10 service and install.
