We went with the top of the line and first impressions are positive. We are being patient and allowing the thermostats and zone systems to learn our house. Looking forward to the system being efficient and lower energy costs.
I answered an ad in the mail ( rare) for an $89 special to do a Summer check on my a/c units.
I cannot say enough about the good old fashioned customer service. A helpful human answers the phone 24 hours a day. Ethan was FANTASTIC and is a young, polite, respectful and knowledgeable tech. I thought that I had gone back in time to the 1980's with this company. I am a nurse and it's all about. manners and building relationships with clients. Thank you.

The tech showed up on time, was very professional, and once the problem was determined, gave me multiple options. There was a leaky connection from the house to the septic tank. The repair was done within 4 hours and everything cleaned up. I am very pleased with the work and the price.
