Snellville heating air and plumbing is our goto company for all systems in our home. We recently had a new water heater installed. The plumbing technicians did a great job, took away all old materials and left our space clean. We truly appreciate the service that was provided!
We are so happy yet again with this company I am coming to post another review from my alternate account to reflect separate service received. After needing an AC replacement this past spring, NOW we need a water heater replacement. We chose to finance as a means to build credit for both the AC and water heater. Not only did this company respond quickly, they were able to come out immediately, like same day. Also they are working with us as we are having trouble accessing our previous financing account, our issue not their's. But they have truly gone above and beyond to work with us so we don't have to dip into our savings. Not to mention that when the outside unit wasn't working on a Saturday, they showed up within an hour, and when everything was working fine and checked out when they tested it, they refused payment for the emergency call out fee. This company knows customer service. I have never received such great, expedient service from a company in my 43 years on this planet. We highly recommend this very professional and reliable company. If you are wanting to establish your business with a company that actually has integrity, in a day and age where the word seems non-existent, Snellville Heating, Air, and Plumbing is a guaranteed win.
Timely and professional service
I have been a customer for probably 10 years. From service to having a new system installed, to quality control checks, their service has been impeccable ! Awesome company, and I strongly recommend them. Ethan is my usual service tech.
However, never been unhappy!
I was very impressed by their technician, Tim. We had a small gas leak that was not related to our HVAC system. He continued to search until he found the source at a stove and had the gas turned off. He was kind and helped me even when it wasn't his equipment.
Brian the representative came in and went into detail about the different systems, how ac and heating worked together, brand names and history. It was more than I would imagine that a company would go to great lengths to educate a consumer. I was grateful for that. Brian was great and won my confidence in the company. The installers were super and friendly.
This company has provided Professional Sevice, by technically trained Professionals, that are timely, courteous, thorough and personalble.
