We have used Snellville Heating and Air for our HVAC service for several years. We recently called them to address a plumbing issue and I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Ian, the technician, showed up on time and was extremely friendly. He took the time to look into the issue and uncovered some problems that had been overlooked by another plumber. He was able to get everything taken care of same day and the price was more than reasonable. Ian did an outstanding job and we will definitely use them in the future.

Had a new hvac installed and very pleased with the service. This is the second house I've purchased a new system with Snellville and Joe is a very experienced and knowledgeable comfort consultant. Workers always arrived on time and were pleasant . We also just signed up for the Plumbing maintenance plan and discovered an issue we didn't know we had with water pressure . Getting it fixed has helped our ice maker and dishwasher, that have been very loud since we moved in .
Called them, after a very disappointing and over priced repair bid from another company on the referral from a family friend. The service man was very helpful and knowledgeable and, something that is lacking with the younger generation, passionate about his craft. I will definitely use them again.
Fantastic service. Called in the morning and they came out same day and fixed our malfunctioning system getting us cooled off again.
Great experience. The technician came out on Saturday morning after we made an emergency call Friday night. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly with professionalism. We've had cool air since. I would highly recommend.
I've found over years that the company fulfills its promises and obligations. Problems? They make them right. They're not the cheapest provider but they are really first-rate. Want it done soon and right? Call them.
Harry came out after hours for an emergency leak situation, and handled it perfectly! Super nice guy and would recommend Snellville Heating Air Plumbing to anyone!!! Very knowledgeable & efficient! I will definitely be using them growing forward!
