Tech Randy came out in a timely manner to inspect my water heater. He explained why I needed a new one. Randy was friendly, polite and well informed. He gave me an estimate and informed me they had a payment plan. He told me who I could call about the payment plan. I had two other plumbers coming out to give me an estimate the same day. I did not go with Snellville Heating and Air, because I went with another plumber who offered a lower price and could install on that day.
Called Snellville Heating and Air ,spoke with Ginger. Within a few hours ,the technician arrived at my house,determined what the problem was and came up with a plan of action. Great service so far.

Our tech Corderius is the best! He has been our tech for several years now with our maintenance contract. We appreciate the service we get from him and Snellville Heating & Air. They have been there for us when our old system died and have taken Great care of us for the past 8 years with our new system we purchased from them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent and reliable service.
