Ethan is fantastic! Very professional but also personable and has always done a great job with our maintenance. He takes the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. Ginger, who works in the office, is also spectacular and goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy. We have used Snellville Heating and Air since 2004.
Tim was thorough and efficient. Snellville Heating Air and Plumbing always take such great care of us...we would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys ARE our plumbers! Seriously, we've had some major issues in our old house, and Ian goes above and beyond to make sure we are good to go every time. They keep in great contact and keep us informed on when they'll arrive and what they're doing to get us fixed up. I definitely appreciate the hard work and great communication.
Personnel were very friendly and accommodating the price was too high I think but since they were able to do it quickly I chose to use them anyway so far so good on the on their services working as promised
I was very satisfied with the care and service. The tech was on time and diligent in recognizing the real problem. He communicated in such a way to help me understand the problem and I gave him the go ahead to complete the task.
