We're glad you stopped by today to visit us at our new website! We service most of the counties in the northeast area of Atlanta including Gwinnett, Fulton, Rockdale, Walton, and parts of Barrow and Dekalb County.  We provide a wide range of services to both Residential and Commerical customers.

Snellville Heating and Air was started in 1988 by Don Vansant and Ken Butera. Our main focus was on new construction. As the name stated, we were located in Snellville, GA.

In 1996, Don wanted to grow the service and replacement portion of the business and start moving it in a new direction. He bought Kens share, brought in his son David and wife Marcia as partners, incorporated it and moved the business closer to his home in Walton County.

The business did grow, now our service area covers Metro Atlanta, and the adjoining counties both North and East of The city. By expanding the service area, we realized that people that lived in Roswell and Alpharetta didn’t want to pick up the phone and call a service company that was way out in Snellville, even though they saw our trucks in their neighborhoods every day.

In 2005 we started using ProAire services for our Service and replacement arm. As ProAire took off, we incorporated and used it as a division of Snellville heating and air. With the downturn of The New Construction market in Atlanta, we are leaning more and more on the ProAire Name as we now move into the Home Diagnostic’s business.

David, Don and most of their staff, to include their office staff have been through extensive training on Whole House Diagnostics. With this is new technology, they can make your home much more comfortable and healthier than ever before.
